2020 Credit & Collections Roundtable

(March 31, 2020) Due to the rapidly evolving responses around COVID-19, NEPPA Headquarters/Training Center is closed to the public and all visitors until further notice.  All in-house and @Your-Site Training has been postponed until May 4, 2020, at which time the situation will be reassessed.



Sponsored by NEPPA's Customer Service Subcommittee, the next Credit & Collections Roundtable will be held Thursday, April 16, 2020 at the NEPPA Training Center (200 New Estate Road, Littleton, MA 01460).
