Advanced Lineworker Program
Realizing that a lineworker’s learning needs continue beyond the Apprentice Lineworker Program, NEPPA also offers continuing education opportunities for graduates of the program as well as for those individuals whose careers began before the program was established. Because NEPPA serves electrical utilities of varying size, and because the range of duties assumed by lineworkers in these different organizations likewise vary, the courses that comprise the Lineworker Continuing Education Program are customized to the needs and experiences of its students.
Students may choose individual courses on a stand-alone basis, or take a more comprehensive approach by enrolling in them all. After completing a certain number of courses, a certificate of completion in Advanced Lineworker Skills will be awarded
