If you are unable to obtain local emergency assistance, or would like to offer help to other systems, contact any Regional Coordinator listed below: We suggest you print out this page and keep accesible as internet service is not always available during major electrical service interruptions.  

Please be prepared to
1.Identify the system requesting or offering assistance
2. Identify the individual calling
3. Provide a telephone number the caller can be reached at
4. Identify the specific help you are requesting or offering
