2010 Safety & Operations Conference and Expo
The 2010 NEPPA Safety & Operations Conference will include a Trade Expo which will run from 10 AM until 4 PM, and will feature presentations and demonstrations by participating companies. The Conference will be attended by many staff members and managers from NEPPA utilities throughout New England, including operations, technical and engineering personnel. If you would like to make a presentation or demonstration (not to exceed 20 minutes in length), please check the box at the bottom of the registration form and briefly describe the product to be demonstrated or the topic of your presentation.
Lunch will be served in the Exhibit Hall, and the Expo will be followed by a reception and BBQ dinner. Individual booths and space for trucks and mobile equipment will be available inside the Hall.There will also be some outside space available.
.Exhibit fees Exhibit fees for individual booths or up to two mobile vehicles or pieces of equipment are as follows:
NEPPA Members $400
Non-Members $600
Fees include continental breakfast, lunch and BBQ dinner for one company representative. Additional company representatives will be charged a fee of $100 each.Fees also include electrical drops if requested; Booths are 10 ’ wide by 8’ deep with pipe and drape,outfitted as follows:• One 6 foot skirted table
• Carpeting
• Two folding chairs
• a wastebasket with liner
• a one-line printed Exhibitor ID sign
